Open hearts while holding protection

Hello seafriends, it can be hard to hold softness, compassion, and empathy with so many times of the perspective of rejection one simply wants to shut down and shun away the world. There are many ways to view this predicament. One is to become cold and hardened to the world. Throwing rejection before any true sight could hold. To become bitter and crule and to share the hurt one so deeply can feel. Another is to allow one self to feel the pain and anguish shown through and hold self forgiveness and self kindness. Allowing one self to grow and forgive whoever one once was. To hold close to boundaries. To never self-sacrifice beyond what is a flow of energy between any forces. To reciprocate the flow to give and to receive. In this transition one can hold boundaries and self preservation for one’s inner peace without shutting out the world and the blessing within. Never forget to love one’s own self seafriends. And trust in one’s intuition and hold personal boundaries to protect one’s inner peace and alignment. What is not ment for one’s self will be removed in the ways of the universe. To align and make room for what blessing is to come. This is growth. Stay strong seafriends.
