It is common for unexpected surprises to fall into one’s lap. When a tidal wave of life surprises come crashing down the feeling of drowning and struggling overwhelming emotionally, mentally, and physically it can be easy to lose oneself. It is hard to hold the present moment and to see the glimmers of everyday magic in one’s own life. This time is of great importance to stay grounded, commit to one’s goals; even if it’s a small part of the whole goal. To trust in one’s own intuition and inner guidance. And biggest of all SITTING IN UNCOMFORTABILITY. This is such a seeming impossible task but with self forgiveness, self kindness, and patience to give one self it is a mountian worth climbing ;holding space for. Giving time to understand what one is feeling and why that emotion is in one’s existence. To process the truth in facts, yet still holding space for emotions.This inner knowing and patience to learn and understand self reflection will shine the light in the deep abyss of any unexpected surprises. To see all possibilities and to explore and grow out of what limiting beliefs held back the truest brightest shine of being authentic in all the difference of us all.
